You pay for my time only. Anything that happens within that time is mutually agreed upon as consenting adults.
My rates are not negotiable, asking is a sign of disrespect and will not be tolerated. Comments on rate changes will be ignored.

EXPECTATIONS
I want to enjoy every sweet second of our time together as much as you do.
These few expectations will help to make sure we have a perfect time together.
I expect you to be friendly, communicative and polite at all times.
On time and respectful
Your hygiene, manner and attitude are to be top notch. There is zero tolerance for drugs and drunks.
When I am hosting (Incall), my space is clean and upscale, discreet, private and safe for us.
If you wish that I come to you (outcall) your hotel must be reputable. I will require a room number and the name the booking is under to confirm. Personal residence visits are available to those I've already established a relationship with.
Cancellations: Less than 24 hours notice I will expect the full fee to be paid to cover the time we had booked, if not consider that the last time I will hear from you.
I expect you to be freshly showered and clean or ready to take a shower at my place, the cleaner you are the closer we get
I will expect that payment will be taken care of in full at time of arrival, business should always be ahead of pleasure don't you think?
I expect that all our conversations, intimate moments and any other interactions to be kept private, as I respect your privacy I expect you to respect mine.
I expect that you will arrive on time but if you do have a reason to run late you let me know at your earliest convenience, if you do run late you may not be granted the full time you had booked but will be expected to cover it all as previously booked.
I reserve the right to request identification, references, details like your name and occupation to help ensure my safety and am well within my right to deny access to see me to those that do not respect my requests.

What is your availability?
Please see my schedule (posted to Twitter and Leolist and Lyla) for my weekly updates. Prearranged dates may have more flexibility to scheduling. I do not offer Wednesday or weekends those are for me and my family time.
How do I arrange a date with you?
To avoid disappointment, email or text me providing information about when you would like a date.
Be polite and friendly, introduce yourself (name, age, and a bit about you), and what it is you are looking for in a date with me.

RECOMENDATIONS
...Charlotte is elegant, well spoken, and breathtakingly gorgeous. She was wearing a tight but classy black dress and it's all I could do but pinch myself to make sure I was awake.
